I have a proven international business track record with a history of successful company launch, business growth and exit in Biotechnology, Information Technology, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Multi-site Retail, Food, Tourism and Hospitality, International Wholesale Distribution and the Brewing Industry.
As Head of Operations at Chatsworth Associates, I support our clients to establish and manage critical parts of their business, including legal, intellectual property, strategy, governance and operations.
I have a diverse background in legal, commercial and non-profit advisory roles. Having commenced my career at Allens Linklaters, I have also worked in investment banking, as a barrister, as Associate to Justice Finkelstein in the Federal Court of Australia, Company Secretary, in various Corporate Counsel roles and as a strategic consultant to non-profits.
Ashraf is the principal of VisualFUSE, a technology strategy planning and implementation management organisation. He has extensive experience in leading technology enabled corporate transformation strategies.
Ashraf spent over 25 years guiding transformational technologies from infancy through to commercialisation in organisations ranging from startups to fortune 500. Former roles included, executive director of external engagement at Deakin university, national executive for knowledge transformation at META, chief investment and operations officer at the Smart Water Fund and Danaher business systems (transformation) leader at Invetech (a subsidiary of Danaher). He also held a range of consulting and operational roles delivering complex programs spanning business, science, engineering and IT
Ashraf has a double degree in chemical and biological Sciences, an MBA in technology management, an executive certificate in venture capital and private equity and currently studying an associate degree in industry 4.0.
Rohina is Managing Director of CFO Plus, a financial services firm specialising in outsourced accounting and financial support for early and growth-stage technology startups.
After a 5-year stint in venture capital, followed by senior corporate finance roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Seven Network, and News Corp, she launched CFO Plus in 2013, successfully establishing the firm as a provider of choice to a number of tech accelerators in Sydney, including Cicada Innovations, Australia’s largest accelerator for deep tech and science based startups.
Rohina has extensive experience in capital raising, financial modelling, tax, financial reporting, and corporate governance, gained over a 20-year career. She is passionate about innovation and technology, and currently serves as CFO for a number of startups, working closely with founders and providing them sound accounting and financial advice as they develop and scale their businesses.
Having previously worked with Chatsworth Associates for 7 years as an Executive Assistant, I have taken on the role of Special Projects Manager. With my previous work with Chatsworth and alongside our clients, I bring a wealth of experience in capital raising, due diligence, event coordination & industry conferences.
With operations, organisation, research and project management expertise, I assist Chatsworth Associates and their clients successfully manage, plan and execute special projects.
Since joining Chatsworth Associates in 2017 I have provided administration and operational support to the Chatsworth team and a range of our clients.
An administration professional with 10+ years of experience as an EA, I specialise in working with senior executives to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
I manage day to day operations at Chatsworth Associates, and facilitate industry conferences, event coordination, due diligence, capital raising activity, audits and government grant applications and reporting.
