ANDREW MAXWELL
As the Founder of Chatsworth Associates, I have had the honour of working with innovators, entrepreneurs and established business owners to plan and execute over $200 million in equity and debt raisings, wealth creation plans, corporate transactions and international business development programs.
I have a proven international business track record with a history of successful company launch, business growth and exit in Biotechnology, Information Technology, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Multi-site Retail, Food, Tourism and Hospitality, International Wholesale Distribution and the Brewing Industry.
ROHINA BATRA
Rohina specialises in accounting and financial support for early and growth-stage technology start-ups.
With 5-years in venture capital, followed by senior corporate finance roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Seven Network, and News Corp, Rohina is now an accounting provider of choice to a number of tech accelerators in Sydney, including Cicada Innovations, Australia’s largest accelerator for deep tech and science based start-ups.
Rohina has extensive experience in capital raising, financial modelling, tax, financial reporting, and corporate governance, gained over a 20-year career. She is passionate about innovation and technology, and currently serves as CFO for a number of start-ups, working closely with founders and providing them sound accounting and financial advice as they develop and scale their businesses.
JENN MURN
Having previously worked with Chatsworth Associates for 7 years as an Executive Assistant, I have taken on the role of Special Projects Manager. With my previous work with Chatsworth and alongside our clients, I bring a wealth of experience in capital raising, due diligence, event coordination & industry conferences.
With operations, organisation, research and project management expertise, I assist Chatsworth Associates and their clients successfully manage, plan and execute special projects.
JASON CHAFFEY
I have a passion for working with start-ups. My focus is creating winning cultures and products. I have assisted companies to succeed in challenging and complex environments. My leadership experience includes commercialising products in agtech, aviation, defence, medical, IoT and consumer brands.
I am results-driven with a track record of helping stakeholders define their vision, developing strategy to achieve agreed goals and delivering cultural, process and technological changes required to realise commercial success. I take a hands-on approach to establish robust financial processes and operational excellence, which leads to trust amongst all stakeholders.
